KeyLemon, 3D face recognition software company based in Martigny, is going to be acquired by AMS, a multinational semiconductor manufacturer.

KeyLemon, the Swiss 3D face recognition software company based in Martigny, is going to be acquired by AMS, a multinational semiconductor manufacturer. AMS, which supplies sensors for Apple, said it purchase Swiss the startup facial recognition specialist KeyLemon, a move which would help it accelerate the rollout of new products.  

KeyLemon started with Venture Kick in 2007 and took the first step of their global expansion with the Swiss National Startup Team, the venture leaders in 2009. The company provides innovative and convenient services based on 3D facial biometric identity authentification.
