IMMOMIG SA expands presence in digital rental sector with Immodating SA acquisition

Fribourg-based company IMMOMIG SA has taken a significant step to solidify its position in the digital rental market by acquiring Immodating SA. As pioneers in digital rental applications in Switzerland, Immodating has processed over 15,000 applications since its establishment in 2012. With this strategic merger, IMMOMIG aims to accelerate the development of its innovative solution, DigiRENT, which addresses the challenges in the rental process.

For years, IMMOMIG SA has recognized the need for a solution to the paper-based rental procedures that inconvenience potential tenants. These procedures typically require individuals to visit a physical location, fill out forms, and submit copies of various documents. Staff members at property management companies then manually analyze and enter the data into their systems, resulting in a time-consuming, complex, and opaque process for all parties involved.

To tackle this issue head-on, Immodating became the first company in Switzerland to introduce a digital application service in 2012. Jim Hershkowitz and Vincent Pazeller co-founded, Immodating revolutionized the rental process by enabling tenants and property management companies to submit and process applications online. Their pioneering approach has earned them the trust of two prominent property management firms, Bernard Nicod SA and FM Management SARL. Recognizing the shared commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, Immodating's founders accepted IMMOMIG's acquisition offer.

With the integration of Immodating, IMMOMIG is poised to enhance its technological capabilities and expand its market presence in the French-speaking region of Switzerland. He highlighted that thanks to Immodating, IMMOMIG will gain two new valuable clients: Bernard Nicod SA and FM Management SARL.
