Can you tell us who your product or solution helps and how?
At KYLYS AESTHETICS, we're creating a new skin filler for pain-free, precise aesthetic injections. Our innovation uses a temperature-responsive gel, injected easily with ultra-thin needles. This breakthrough boosts comfort during the procedure, improves injection accuracy, and reduces bruising risk afterwards. Our product tackles common issues with facial injections, providing significant advantages for those seeking aesthetic enhancements and dermatologists seeking safer, more efficient solutions.

What market are you addressing, and what is the potential of your startup in that market?
We are targeting the global dermal filler market, which has been rapidly growing due to shifting consumer attitudes towards wellness, beauty, and healthy aging. Given the market's size and growth trajectory, coupled with the unique value proposition of reducing treatment-related pain and improving precision, KYLYS AESTHETICS’ products have a substantial opportunity to capture a significant share of this market.


How did you come up with the idea for your startup?
KYLYS AESTHETICS was born when technology designed for osteoarthritis by two University of Geneva professors was repurposed for aesthetics. With guidance from an Innosuisse coach, we pivoted to explore its use in beauty. Dr. Alexandre Porcello, now our CTO, focused on adapting hyaluronic acid (HA) for aesthetic purposes during his thesis, leading to the formation of KYLYS AESTHETICS.

Participating in the Venture Leaders roadshow will provide us with invaluable exposure, networking opportunities, and mentorship that will help us accelerate our growth and achieve our vision. What are your team’s key achievements to date?
Our biggest accomplishment is our robust team of skilled individuals who share our goals and drive our project. We've finished preclinical testing for our product and secured the funding needed, paving the way for our first clinical trial soon.

Is there a key principle or value that guides you as you build your company?
The key principles guiding our company are humility, efficiency, and respect.

What is the most important lesson you have learned as a founder?
As a founder, I've learned that resilience and adaptability are key in the startup journey. Flexibility, learning from mistakes, and seeking advice from experienced individuals are essential for success.

Something people may not know about me is my passion for sports. I make an effort to maintain a daily exercise routine and I believe this helps me stay focused throughout the day.
