Klepsydra Technologies raises over CHF 1M in funding to accelerate growth of its innovative edge computing software

Klepsydra, a leading provider of onboard software for edge computers, announced having raised CHF 1.05M in a funding round led by Spicehaus Partners, with participation from Serpentine Ventures and five private investors. The new investment will allow Klepsydra to accelerate its growth and expand its product offerings to meet the increasing global demand for innovative solutions on the edge.

Klepsydra's software is designed to process data on devices that are directly connected to sensors, such as small computers inside satellites, robots and IoT devices. With the increasing demand for processing more data on the edge across all sectors, Klepsydra's solution ensures real-time response and reduces the likelihood of cyberattacks. Compared to traditional approaches, Klepsydra's edge computing applications provide exceptional performance, up to ten times faster data processing and AI capabilities, with substantially less power consumption and without any cloud connection, making it cost-effective and eco-friendly.
