Can you tell us who your product or solution helps, and how?
MachinaLabs builds a data-sovereign AI platform that can be adjusted to different use cases and deployed in any scenario: on-premise, private cloud, or hybrid. This guarantees compliance and independence from Big Tech ecosystems. Today, our focus is on fintech and regtech, where our smart agents automate compliance, risk monitoring, and research tasks for banks and wealth managers, saving time and ensuring regulatory alignment.
What market are you addressing and what is the potential of your startup in that market?
We cover the fintech and regtech sectors, supporting banks, asset managers, and compliance teams. The platform is designed to be flexible and can be extended to other industries in the future, but today our emphasis is on delivering immediate value to financial institutions that require trusted, compliant AI solutions.
How and where did you come up with the idea for your startup?
The idea grew out of our experience building trading and research systems. We saw how finance professionals were spending too much time and money on fragmented data, compliance checks, and repetitive reporting. Instead of creating a single-purpose tool, we developed a platform that adapts to different workflows while ensuring data sovereignty. Fintech and regtech were the natural first focus areas because they combine high regulatory demands with clear operational challenges.
"Focus and persistence are more important than resources."
What do you expect from the Venture Leaders roadshow, and how do you think it will help you achieve your vision?
We see the roadshow as perfect platform to showcase our company & solutions to a broader industry audience & connect with specialized investors, financial institutions, and peers in the fintech ecosystem. It will help us gain exposure, validate our approach to broader markets, and build relationships that support our next stage of growth.

Time Boxing – you need to focus and remove noise, otherwise its impossible not to get distracted in this high pace industry.
