MindMaze enters the public market through a reverse merger

15.12.2025 Rita Longobardi

Swiss neurotechnology company MindMaze entered the public market in late 2025 through a reverse merger with Relief Therapeutics, creating MindMaze Therapeutics Holding SA listed on SIX Swiss Exchange under the ticker MMTX. Founded in 2012 by Tej Tadi, MindMaze develops digital neurotherapeutic solutions combining neuroscience, AI, motion analytics, and virtual reality for neurological rehabilitation.

Rather than pursuing a traditional IPO, MindMaze accessed the public market through a reverse merger with the already-listed Relief Therapeutics. The transaction allowed the company to accelerate its listing process while strengthening its position in the growing digital therapeutics sector.

MindMaze has developed technologies that support recovery for patients affected by stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurological conditions. Its platform combines digital therapeutics with AI-driven motion analysis and immersive technologies used in neurorehabilitation.

Before reaching the public markets, MindMaze gained recognition within the Swiss startup ecosystem. The company received support from Venture Kick, ranked among the Top100 Swiss Startups, and participated in the Venture Leaders program, which helped strengthen its international visibility and investor network.

The public listing gives MindMaze broader access to capital markets as it expands commercially, particularly in the United States, where demand for digital therapeutics and neurotechnology solutions continues to grow.
