Nexxiot Raises CHF 35m to Produce Cargo-Tracking Sensors

Nexxiot, which makes devices and software to track freight wagons and ocean cargo containers, raised 35 million francs from DiaMedCare AG to fund the production of its tracking sensors.
Zurich-based Nexxiot AG, which ranked at the TOP 100 Swiss Startup Award in 2017, develops ultra-low-power chips and sensors to monitor the position and security of whole shipping containers, as well as individual items of cargo.
