Nezasa secures €5.1M funding to enforce new business opportunities

Nezasa, the Software-as-a-Service provider that enables tour operators, travel agencies and online travel agents to significantly reduce their costs and at the same time increase their sales, secured €5.1M funding round.

Nezasa, established in 2012, out of Zurich where their goal was to develop a technology that would shed the limitations of traditional travel by creating a tool that makes travel experiences more attractive, flexible, and convenient. Today, they provide a travel booking solution by empowering travel brands globally to combine all planning and booking related actions into one seamless end-to-end experience. Around 12,000 travel agencies and tour operators are currently using the Nezasa booking platform; including industry giants such as FTI and DER Touristik. 

Nezasa has now raised €5.1M in additional capital from the majority of existing investors. It concerns a convertible loan already granted at the beginning of the year as well as a new growth financing. The fresh money will enable Nezasa to handle the high number of inquiries and to open up new business opportunities in view of the market recovery after Covid. Manuel Hilty, co-founder and CEO of Nezasa says, "We are now optimally prepared to gain further market share and to raise many travel providers to a new level of digitization and personalization".
