The hydrogel from this Lausanne startup is an exact copy of human collagen. Cells can grow within it just as they do in the body. The result is a 3D tissue sample for drug development and compatibility tests. QGel is already selling its gel to scientific laboratories and to its first pharmaceutical accounts.
