RoomPriceGenie secures USD 75M investment to accelerate international expansion

RoomPriceGenie, a provider of revenue management systems (RMS) for independent hotels and groups, has secured a USD 75 million investment from Five Elms Capital. The funding will support the company's international expansion and further development of its platform.

As part of this next growth phase, RoomPriceGenie has appointed technology executive Chas Scarantino as CEO. Co-founder and current CEO Ari Andricopoulos will transition to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), focusing on product innovation and strategic partnerships.

The ICT company has built a global presence, with nearly 100 employees and 3,000 hotel clients in 65 countries. It has grown efficiently while maintaining profitability, emphasizing product development and customer support.

Recognized across the industry, RoomPriceGenie ranks among the TOP 100 Swiss Startups, has won the final stage of Venture Kick, and has secured multiple awards, including second place for "Best Revenue Management System (RMS)" and third place for "Best Place to Work" in the HotelTechAwards for two consecutive years. In 2025, it was named the 7th "Most Recommended Solution" across all hotel technology categories.

Scarantino brings experience in building and scaling technology companies, leading global expansion, and driving operational improvements. He has previously led market expansion efforts across multiple regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, and Australia.
