16.07.2026 Rita Longobardi

Swiss space company SWISSto12 has secured a USD 70 million Series C round to meet growing demand for its satellite payloads and compact satellite platforms, following a year of strong commercial growth.

SWISSto12 closed a USD 70 million Series C financing after reaching USD 140 million in revenue in 2025 and surpassing USD 500 million in total contract value, putting the company on track for positive EBITDA in 2026.

The Lausanne-based company develops advanced satellite payloads and antennas using proprietary technologies, including 3D printing, as well as its compact geostationary satellite platform, HummingSat. The funding follows a €73 million award from ESA Member States supporting the development and in-orbit validation of HummingSat.

SWISSto12 has already secured seven HummingSat contracts with leading satellite operators, including SES and Viasat, while expanding its HummingLink payload and antenna business into low Earth orbit constellations. More than 2,000 HummingLink solutions are currently operating in space missions worldwide.

SWISSto12 is a Venture Kick alumnus, participated in Venture Leaders, and was previously recognized among the Top100 Swiss Startups.
