Successful start of the Swiss Prime Site-Acceleration Workshops for PropTech startups

In February, the first Swiss Prime Site-Acceleration Workshop took place at the Prime Tower, Zurich. Swiss Prime Site (SPS) is Switzerland’s leading listed real estate company, and as Switzerland’s largest and most significant integrated real estate services provider, the Group’s Wincasa division ideally complements Swiss Prime Site’s core business. Wincasa’s innovative service covers the entire property life cycle.

SPS and Venturelab invited startups in the field of Property or Real Estate Tech, in short PropTech, for this exclusive opportunity. Out of all applications, eight handpicked Swiss startups got the chance to pitch for the opportunity to collaborate with Swiss Prime Site. Four entrepreneurs from Advisay, eMonitor, homePad and cozzyy convinced a jury comprising Marcel Denner (Head Corporate Ventures & Development) and Wincasa as well as Swiss Prime Site experts.

The selected startups got the opportunity to work on and accelerate their business cases for Swiss Prime Site over the course of two days during the Acceleration Workshop, after which they presented their ideas in front of SPS management board. Marcel Denner was impressed by the quality of the results, saying: “The professional level of the final participating startups in our first acceleration workshop has impressive. The identified collaboration potential was beyond expectations and we’re thrilled to take on the next steps with each startup.”

The Swiss Prime Site- Acceleration Workshop is an ongoing series from Venturelab, working together with Swiss Prime Site. The next acceleration will take place on April 11th and 12th. coozzy (Murat Güngör): All-in-one platform that optimizes property management operations
The platform optimizes and facilitates the processes of property management, communication, marketing and other services related to the real estate market. Moreover, thanks to its matchmaking technology, it brings the right tenants and the perfect landlords together automatically.

eMonitor GmbH (Daniel Baur): Application management software to find the right apartment
MiMo is a B2B software solution for large property managers, housing cooperatives, and cities. The application digitizes the entire rental process from the first contact with the potential tenants until they sign the rental contract. It also provides data insights on apartments’ demand and calculates the ROI on the next investment project.

homePad (Betim Shkodra): Paperless property inventory management
homePad develops the first simple and intuitive paperless solution for real estate managers. The digital application allows generating different type of secured reports (i.e. property inspection, house or building reports).

Advisay (Nathanael Khodl): Cross-industries automated assistant/chatbot with CRM
Automated assistant/chatbot and CRM for real estate management, allowing effective customer personalization, acquisition and engagement. Advisay automatizes the customer funnel by advertising, profiling, matching and analysing tenants and landlords activities.
