trait a founder can have."
Can you tell us who your product or solution helps, and how?
TransferChain helps businesses and regulated organizations that cannot afford risks in data privacy and security. Unlike traditional cloud storage or password managers that rely on centralized, server-side encryption, our patent-pending protocol combines client-side end-to-end encryption, data fragmentation, distributed storage and blockchain-based authorization. This architecture ensures that no third party—not even TransferChain—can ever access decrypted data. As a result, enterprises in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and defense can collaborate securely, remain compliant with strict regulations like GDPR, TISAX, and manage their files and passwords with both confidence and simplicity.
What market are you addressing and what is the potential of your startup in that market?
We are addressing the global market for secure file sharing, cloud storage (USD 52B TAM), and password management (USD 2.5B TAM) - industries worth hundreds of billions and growing rapidly as data breaches and compliance requirements intensify. Our initial focus is on highly regulated industries in Europe/UK and the Middle East, with expansion plans toward North America and Asia. Given the accelerating demand for zero-knowledge and compliance-ready solutions, the potential to become the trusted privacy layer for enterprises worldwide is enormous.
How and where did you come up with the idea for your startup?
As founders, we came from different professional backgrounds, yet we all encountered the same problem: the lack of true privacy and security for both personal and business data. In my case, while working at PwC and Deloitte, I saw this issue at the heart of some of the world’s largest enterprises. The most frustrating moments were during data exchanges with clients, where sensitive information was constantly at risk despite the strictest corporate policies. It became evident to me that the ever-growing volume of confidential data required protection at a level existing tools simply could not provide. The irreversible loss or unauthorized transfer of such data has consequences no organization can afford—which is why we set out to build TransferChain.
What do you expect from the Venture Leaders roadshow, and how do you think it will help you achieve your vision?
For us, it is not only about fundraising but also about validating our vision in international markets, understanding how our zero-knowledge architecture resonates with enterprises abroad, and refining our strategy through direct feedback. Building these relationships and gaining visibility on a global stage will accelerate TransferChain’s mission to become the trusted security layer for businesses worldwide.
"I’ve always been drawn to building
something from the ground up."
What are your team’s key achievements to date?
We developed and launched two flagship products: TransferChain Drive, the most secure cloud storage and file transfer solution for enterprises, and TransferChain Pass, a zero-knowledge password manager for teams. Both are built on our patent-pending protocol. Beyond our product milestones, we already safeguard the data of leading enterprises in finance, healthcare, and defense, and we have earned international recognition—being selected as the Best Security Startup at AWS re:Inforce, winning the South Summit TrustTech Award, and completing both the Tenity accelerator and the Mastercard Lighthouse program. These achievements validate the strength of our technology as well as the growing global demand for uncompromising privacy solutions.
Is there a key principle or value that guides you as you build your company?
Security and Privacy aren’t just features at TransferChain. It’s our Foundation. Privacy and security should be available to everyone. That’s why we created TransferChain – no more data breaches, no more stolen passwords, no more unauthorized access. Private. Secure. Compliant. More about our core principles can be found on
our website, too.
What is the most important lesson you have learned as a founder?
I’ve learned that grit is the single most valuable trait a founder can have. Talent, timing, and even great ideas matter, but it’s the ability to keep moving forward through uncertainty, setbacks, and doubt that truly defines success. Grit turns obstacles into lessons and persistence into progress—and without it, nothing else lasts.
What is your favorite productivity hack or tool and why?
As a founder, I juggle many responsibilities and ideas, so I rely on mymind.com—a tool that helps me capture and organize thoughts, articles, and inspirations in a simple way. It allows me to declutter my mind, stay focused on what truly matters, and revisit ideas when the time is right.
What was your dream job when you were a child?
Since childhood, I’ve dreamed of being a pioneer. I’ve always been drawn to building something from the ground up — creating value, working with a team, and turning ideas into reality while doubling down together on a shared mission.
