About: Philip discovered his passion for the FoodTech space in his early years and had his first touchpoint with entrepreneurship when joining the first FoodTech spin-off of ETH during his bachelor studies in food science. Shortly after exploring academia abroad, he joined Koa Switzerland as an engineer scaling-up manufacturing in Africa. While finishing his master studies in food process engineering, he was welcomed by the consultancy and start-up forge ETH juniors paving its way to its most successful year.
With Redalpine being a forerunner in the FoodTech and life science space, it was an obvious choice to join and get a holistic view from an investors standpoint.
On the weekends, Philip enjoys road cycling with friends, exploring foreign cuisines or looking for some treasures at auctions and flea markets.
