HR Business Management tool using persona. The HR software is designed on blockchain technology. This analytics tool is built on top of existing databases and is located between Business, Marketing and HR strategy. It is similar to a workforce planning software using database or data-warehouse, artificial intelligence and analytical forecasting methods to see the development and demand for skills and persona inhouse and on the external labor market.
The tool is providing candidates and employees with more ownership of their data-sets with them granting companies view- and predefined use rights. I am tokenizing and incentivizing certain activities of people within the organization en course of employment or en course of an e.g. M&A transaction.
