Swiss Prime Site Start-up Accelerator Programme: New Utilization Concepts & Real Estate Servitization

Program

Our industry partner Swiss Prime Site is looking for pioneering start-up ideas in the areas of “New Utilization Concepts” & “Real Estate Servitization”. This includes all solutions concerning co-living / co-working spaces, hybrid utilization, new concepts to use existing areas/buildings more efficiently (e.g. vertical farming, ghost kitchens, urban production, fulfilment centres, etc.), new technologies that support the compatibility of living and working in one place, and also all solutions concerning the provision of services to tenants and end-users of buildings (e.g. tenant experiences, etc.). 
 
The goal of the workshop is to refine relevant use cases for Swiss Prime Site and/or its group companies Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, Wincasa, Jelmoli, and Swiss Prime Site Solutions. 
They shall lead to more attractive and diversified existing areas/buildings, lower vacancies, alternative lease models with higher potential upside, and services which represent new sources of revenues.
 
Apply if your start-up offers innovative solutions and disruptive business models in the mentioned areas and that are applicable in real estate, real estate services, construction and/or retail.

Eight selected start-ups will be invited to the Swiss Prime Site Accelerator Workshop on September 14 & 15, 2021 to pitch and work with Swiss Prime Site’s management and industry experts. The goal is to set up a pilot project or a proof-of-concept.
