EY Experts

Michael Cadisch is head of the Private Clients department and, since 2020, has also been a Regional Lead Partner for EY Private in Switzerland. EY Private offers comprehensive and personal support for entrepreneurs, family businesses and startups across all of EY's service lines. He has many years of experience as a board member and trustee and regularly publishes and lectures on topics relating to international wealth and estate planning for private clients.



 
Thomas Fisler is a Tax Associate Partner and based in the Zurich office. He is the head of "Private Clients Services Tax" in Zurich and specialized in advising PC structures. His clients include Entrepreneurs, Shareholders and Start-Ups. For several years he has advised multiple private clients regarding domestic and international tax planning, relocation services including coordination of international pre-structuring and structuring, and holistic tax advisory services for entrepreneurs at the levels of the shareholders as well as their corporations/start-ups in Switzerland and abroad.

Marc Ledermann is a Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in the Zurich office and a member of the IPO and Transaction Accounting division at EY Switzerland. He has accompanied Swiss companies in capital market transactions (including IPOs) and supports as a sparring partner in projects relating to financial reporting, optimization of closing processes and internal controls.

Yves Schneuwly is Managing Director at Coople (Switzerland). He has many years of experience in high-growth environments, both in the online and consulting industries. As an expert on the working world of tomorrow, he operates at the intersection of the talent industry, the labor market and digitalization. Since May 2019, he has been responsible for the rapid growth of Coople (Schweiz) AG, Europe's largest online platform for just-in-time staff leasing, as Managing Director. Yves Schneuwly moved from XING to Coople. At the leading online business network in German-speaking countries, he managed the Swiss B2B and B2C business as Managing Director. He also works as a strategic consultant for Great Place to Work Switzerland and is a guest lecturer at the Institute for Digital Business at the HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich.
