inSEIT (integral Service for Enzyme Immobilization Technologies) offers services focused on the screening, application and scaling up of enzyme immobilization to ensure the practical implementation in industrial setups.
Biocatalysis has long been regarded as a game-changer for the chemical industry, and nonetheless its broad implementation is still hampered by the incompatibility with chemical methods, the uncertainty in the development and its cost-efficiency. With inSEIT's technology for immobilized biocatalysts the three are solved: they are compatible with upstream or downstream chemical steps; through our bioinformatics we can now avoid trial and error approaches and the cost-efficiency of the final catalyst can be tuned to the specific needs.
