The Venture Leaders - the members of the Swiss National Startup Team - have a clear-cut goal. They envision themselves as global players and want to take the first step to their global expansion. The Venture Leaders’ startup development program is specifically structured to help them achieve these goals.
The Venture Leaders Mobile journey offers 10 selected entrepreneurs an accelerated learning curve and a solid network through their exchanges with their peers in the team, as well as market exposure, feedback from investors and experts, and hands-on business development.
Participation is free of charge for the winning startups (covering flights, hotel, program amenities, and access to the Mobile World Congress 2025). 



An exclusive program in Barcelona

Do you belong to the top mobile startups in Switzerland and want to boost your future? Then apply to be one of the 10 startups of the Swiss National Startup Team, the Venture Leaders Mobile. The Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is the largest mobile event in the world, bringing together the latest innovations and leading-edge technology alongside today’s most influential visionaries.


An intense dive into the mobile scene and an opportunity for personal development, thanks to a program comprising:

• Booth at the 4YFN startup conference within the Venture Leaders Mobile corner including exhibitor badge and full access to MWC
• Exclusive pitching and networking with investors and industry leaders at the Venturelab Trophy in Barcelona
• Various social networking events
• Support for personal business development activities during the stay

Venture Leaders Mobile goes in its 7th round! If you are ready to conquer global markets and want to meet with mobile industry leaders and investors from the world, then this program is made for you.

The admission process
Registration deadline: Monday, 18th of November
Register your project and apply for one of the 10 seats in the Swiss National Mobile Team.

Jury presentation (online): Thursday, December 5th, 2024
Project presentation by the top-rated 20 applicants in front of the online jury day.

Kick-off meeting in Zurich: Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025
Kick-off event presenting the Venture Leaders and introducing the roadshow in Barcelona.

Roadshow to Barcelona: Saturday, March 1st - Thursday, March 6th, 2025

Graduation Ceremony: Wednesday, January 21st, 2026

Conditions: those eligible to apply and participate:

• Founding and managing members of Swiss-based mobile startups
• Pioneering startup ideas in telecommunication (cloud, security, virtualization), intelligent connectivity (IOT, 5G, AI, AR/VR), digital health, energy or neuromorphic engineering
• Ready to grow your business with investors building a global mobile startup
