TRS business model allows for several revenue streams:
Sales of trs t-cut" equipment. Clients consider the trs t-cut" as stand alone equipment as well. Weight, space and cost saving are strong commercial persuaders. In tropical or sub-tropical areas, trs t-cut" also brings an additional incentive: cut tyres slow the spread of mosquito born diseases. Target gross margin of 40-50% on the sale of equipment.
JV Partners. TRS will help JV partners integrate TRS technology modules in their existing production line and provide market intelligence and trading capabilities. TRS added value will vary from one partner to the other. TRS will share the operating cash flow with JV partners.
