Nectariss Sàrl generates food flavors and cosmetics ingredients through a proprietary technology platform based on the fermentation of filamentous fungi. Advantages of this approach include process transparency, traceability and sustainability. Residual biomass obtained from fermentation are by-products of our flavor production. These fermented by-products are upcycled into bioactive ingredients, and we are currently looking for a partner in the cosmetics sector to explore a potential partnership.
