You can see the whole campaign on twitter.com/venturelab_ch searching the hashtag #vleadersTECH.

Piavita aims to revolutionize the veterinary industry. We met its co-founder and CEO talking about her upcoming trip to Silicon Valley:

Why do you choose Silicon Valley as your business development destination?
Silicon Valley has been a birthplace, home for the world’s most significant technology firms, and became a leading hub for startups, innovation and venture capital investment. Given our medtech startup Piavita develops a high-end medical device, Silicon Valley is a truly interesting destination for us. We are about to launch our first product in May 2017 – a wireless, non-invasive device to measure vital signs on horses. Hence, we are highly interested in meeting cutting-edge technology experts and entrepreneurs.

What do you want to achieve from the trip?
I am delighted to be among the winners of “venture leaders Technology 2017” and looking forward to meet the fellow winners and to learn about their businesses. Given we are expecting significant growth over the next couple of months, we are considering some additional financing. Therefore, I would like to seize the opportunity to get in touch with potential investors and venture capital experts. In addition, the American market offers huge potential and we would love to introduce our technology, the Piavita-System, to an initial group of prospective clients.

Why is venture leaders TECH beneficial for your company?
Being part of the venture leaders Technology means a lot to us. I am sure the stay in Silicon Valley will not only be super-inspiring, but might also open doors and help us to continue our journey with Piavita and successfully launch our product in Switzerland, Germany, Austria - and hopefully soon also in America.
