What does your product or solution do, and what makes it unique?
Reshape provides an AI-powered platform that automates risk analysis for high-stakes industries, supporting projects from initial concept through every stage of the lifecycle. By integrating generative and explainable AI, we help teams identify hazards early, accelerate design iterations, and reduce engineering costs for risk analysis by up to 80%, all with full transparency and auditability.

What trend or shift in your industry is currently creating the biggest opportunity for you?
The race toward more complex systems and faster development cycles is colliding with rising demands for reliability and strict international safety standards. This gap is driving a huge need for advanced, AI-powered risk analysis, exactly what we deliver.

How did the idea for your startup originate?
Like the best stories, ours started with firsthand experience; our founders lived the pain points of traditional risk analysis in their careers. By bringing together expertise in both risk management and advanced AI, we saw an opportunity to reimagine and streamline risk analysis workflows for the modern era.

Which market are you addressing, and what potential do you see for your startup in that market?
We’re targeting high-stakes sectors, transport, energy, aerospace, and medtech, where safety, speed, and compliance are critical. Our technology is designed to cover all verticals with one platform, unlocking massive potential in a USD 30B+ market and positioning us as a global risk analysis standard.

What impact do you want your technology to have five years from now?
We aim to set the global standard for trustworthy AI in high-stakes industries, empowering experts with seamless, AI-driven risk analysis that integrates directly into their daily workflows. Our goal: help industries innovate with confidence and avoid the next big disaster.

What major challenges have you faced so far?
Educating the market on the power of explainable AI and building trust in automation in deeply conservative industries. As we like to say to our customers, the most dangerous sentence in engineering is: “We have always done it this way”.

What motivates you on tough days?
Knowing we’re applying years of academic know-how to real-world challenges is incredibly rewarding. Seeing our technology deliver better outcomes, reduce risk, and provide essential support for safer technology development reminds us we’re building something that truly matters.
