How Zühlke and Venturelab create a win-win ecosystem for startups

Recognizing this challenge, Zühlke collaborates with Venturelab to establish a powerful growth environment for entrepreneurs. As a partner in our TOP 100 Investor Summit and committed to empowering ideas, Zühlke provides startups with the dual advantage of business and technological expertise, driving them to the next level of development. In collaboration with Venturelab, Zühlke launched in 2016 the product Scale-Up Coaching program. A unique opportunity for startups to evolve their prototype towards a market-ready product and to win a product scale-up coaching with Zühlke worth CHF 20,000. How does the partnership between Zühlke and Venturelab contribute to the broader ecosystem of entrepreneurship?
The collaboration of Zühlke and Venturelab on the Scale-Up competition allows up to six startups per year to get coached on their industrialisation/scale-up approach. Since the inception of the competition in 2016, more than 40 startups benefited from the coaching, addressing various topics like reduced time to market, value engineering, regulatory pathways, quality assurance, cybersecurity, and more. We hope to have made a small contribution towards the progression of the businesses of the companies and in turn to great products, successful financing rounds, and the creation of jobs.
