N-Dream accelerates In-Car Gaming with KPIT acquisition

Swiss startup N-Dream, creator of the cloud gaming platform AirConsole, is accelerating its automotive ambitions after KPIT Technologies acquired an 88.9% stake in the company for EUR 16.35 million.
AirConsole, N-Dream’s cloud gaming platform, brings mobile games to TVs, set-top boxes, PCs, and increasingly, cars. By 2023, the platform hosted over 180 games and engaged more than 16 million players. Building on this success, N-Dream expanded into automotive gaming with titles like UNO Car Party, Pictionary Car Party, and PAC-MAN™ Championship Edition, now featured in vehicles from BMW/Mini, Audi, VW, and Porsche.The EUR 16.35 million acquisition by KPIT enables N-Dream to integrate its platform with advanced automotive software services, creating new in-car experiences. CEO Anthony Cliquot and the leadership team remain in place, with plans to double the 20-person workforce over the next year.
This deal positions N-Dream to expand in-car entertainment, making cloud-based gaming accessible to drivers and passengers globally.
