Dhp technology AG was founded in 2015 and develops, produces and sells the worldwide unique solar folding roof with currently 34 employees at the Zizers location.
Thanks to its lightweight construction and folding mechanism, the solar folding roof enables the double use of industrial usable areas for solar power production for the first time worldwide. Manufacturing has been carried out in a fully automated production facility since 2019. The three core technologies of the solar folding roof are glass-free PV modules, Swiss cable car technology and a meteo algorithm. The technology provides an answer to the demand for decentralized renewable electricity production and to the increasing density of our living space.
