Artificial Intelligence Meets Real Estate: Swiss Prime Site Selects Four AI-Innovations for Future Projects

The 27th Swiss Prime Site Accelerator Programme spotlighted Artificial Intelligence, calling for bold ideas to reshape real estate operations and corporate functions. From 95 applicants, 21 startups pitched their vision, eight advanced to the final stage, and four AI-driven innovators secured a path to collaborate with Swiss Prime Site.
The 27th edition of the Swiss Prime Site Accelerator Programme focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI). SPS was looking for pioneering AI ideas to support their innovation journey to automate repetitive processes as one of Europe's leading listed real estate companies, as well as for their HR, legal, and finance departments.21 AI solutions were shortlisted from a pool of 95 applicants and invited to present their solutions during a virtual pitch session to the Swiss Prime Site expert jury. Of those, eight were selected to pitch their AI solutions to SPS's Executive Management Board on 19. November 2025.
Four companies were recognized for their innovative approach and alignment with SPS's priorities: Epic Fusion, Jurata, Legartis, and Optiverse. They will proceed with further discussions with SPS for upcoming projects and testing of the pitched solution.
