Swiss Prime Site identifies promising innovations in real estate tech

26.06.2025 11:30, Rita Longobardi

Swiss Prime Site has revealed the latest startups selected for its Start-up Accelerator Programme, now in its 26th edition. Run in partnership with Venturelab, the initiative continues to focus on innovations that address the evolving needs of the real estate industry—particularly in cleantech, proptech, and enterprisetech.

Swiss Prime Site (SPS), Switzerland's largest listed real estate group and a major commercial property owner in Europe, continues to use its accelerator programme to scout technologies with potential for direct integration into its operations.

Ten startups were shortlisted from a pool of 65 applicants and invited to present their solutions during a virtual pitch session earlier this month. Of those, three were selected to join the current programme cycle and pitched their business models to SPS's Executive Management Board on June 25.

Three startups—Bewy, Roofscapes Studio, and Swissframe—were singled out for their relevance to SPS's sustainability agenda and will now engage in further discussions to explore pilot projects and commercial partnerships.

"The accelerator stands out with its lean setup and efficient feedback loops. Getting exposure to the executive board of one of the biggest real estate companies in Switzerland is an opportunity that early-stage startups usually do not get," highlighted Marcandrea Hunkeler, Co-Founder of Bewy. "We are grateful to Swiss Prime Site and Venturelab for making this possible."
