Promoting sustainability: Green Tech innovator triumphs in Swiss Prime Site's Start-up Accelerator Programme

Swiss Prime Site (SPS) recently wrapped up its 22nd Start-up Accelerator Programme, highlighting green technology's potential in real estate innovation. Among the selected startups vying for recognition, one green tech innovator emerged as the standout with its innovative approach to sustainability, underscoring SPS's commitment to shaping Proptech innovation and the importance of eco-conscious solutions in the industry's future.

The Accelerator Programme, held on April 16th, focused on digital solutions and offered a collaborative environment where digital entrepreneurs could engage with SPS and its group companies to explore and develop innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Among the cohort of 4 dynamic startups (GreenBIM, Jaipur Robotics, Leaftech, and Swoxid) that pitched their case to the SPS Executive Management Board, one stood out for its revolutionary approach to sustainability: GreenBIM, a digital solution that reduces greenhouse gas emissions and promotes the circular economy in the construction industry, while Jaipur Robotics will proceed with further discussions with SPS. GreenBIM is based on Swiss standards and norms and incorporates their benchmarks into the construction process throughout the entire life cycle, from planning to design construction, operation, and the end of the service life. Its mission resonated strongly with SPS's commitment to environmental business practices.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to pitch their ideas and engage in deep discussions on potential integration with SPS's core businesses. The jury, composed of industry experts from the SPS group (Swiss Prime Site Immobilien and Swiss Prime Site Solutions), meticulously evaluated each presentation, considering factors such as scalability, impact, and alignment with SPS's sustainability goals.
