A sustainability innovator takes top spot in Swiss Prime Site's Start-up Accelerator Programme

As a prominent listed real estate company and a valued partner of Venturelab, Swiss Prime Site (SPS) actively supports innovation within the proptech sector. By embracing revolutionary techniques, SPS drives the potential for revolutionary business models and creates new value in the real estate industry.

After a competitive application process that included tailored business proposals, the top 10 selected startups were invited to pitch their ideas virtually in May. Three—Vaulted, Viboo and Resilientsy—were then shortlisted for the intensive Acceleration Programme, where they collaborated with Swiss Prime Site industry experts to refine their business cases and pinpoint the most strategic opportunities.

On June 17th, these three finalists presented their final pitches to the SPS Executive Management Board, who decided on who could secure a Proof of Concept.

The Proptech companies will now discuss the next steps with SPS.
