Swiss Prime Site Start-up Accelerator Programme announces latest cleantech and proptech innovators

The 25th edition of the Swiss Prime Site (SPS) Start-up Accelerator Programme, in collaboration with Venturelab, has identified promising startups focused on Cleantech, Proptech, Enterprisetech, and other sectors relevant to the real estate industry. The selected startups are developing new sustainable materials for construction, new water management solutions, and designing and implementing software tools based on AI to aggregate data from buildings and investors.

Swiss Prime Site (SPS), the largest real estate company in Switzerland and one of Europe's leading commercial real estate firms, recently concluded its 25th Start-up Accelerator Programme, spotlighting the potential of green technologies in real estate innovation. In collaboration with Venturelab, SPS's long-standing initiative aims to connect with startups developing solutions that can be integrated into its business, focusing on areas such as smart buildings, healthy architecture, smart materials, and the circular economy.



Among the 70 applicants, ten promising startups were selected to present their solutions during a virtual pitch session in late March. From this group, four were invited to join the Acceleration Programme and present their business cases to the SPS Executive Management Board.



Three startups were recognized for their innovative approach to sustainability and alignment with SPS's environmental priorities: ecoLocked, Vunanexus, and Quanthome. They will proceed with further discussions with SPS for upcoming projects and testing of the solution.
