Can you tell us who your product or solution helps, and how?
Hoshii is the world's first AI Workspace Platform (AWP) for the wholesale industry. The AWP automates the labor-intensive information transfer of orders, inquiries, requests, and more by equipping ERP systems with AI capabilities and an integrated communication hub. From Inbox into ERP in seconds. Wholesalers save up to 6 hours per employee per week with Hoshii, reducing errors by 84% and increasing average basket sizes by up to 15% per customer.
What market are you addressing and what is the potential of your startup in that market?
We are addressing a 75 billion dollar market, consisting of 2.4 million businesses in the EU & US. Hoshii plans to be the neutral AI layer on top of every ERP system out there, enabling millions of businesses to utilize AI with their data while opening up their internal data silos to other businesses to build agents on top. With Hoshii, we will redefine a multibillion-dollar industry by creating a new product category: The AWP.
How and where did you come up with the idea for your startup?
I had been working in the supply chain industry before and experienced the pain point that we are solving firsthand.

What do you expect from the Venture Leaders roadshow, and how do you think it will help you achieve your vision?
The Venture Leaders roadshow allows us to get connected in the US with relevant investors and partners, but we also will use the opportunity to connect with potential clients. We are currently focused on product development and execution but are also planning our next steps, especially our market entry strategy to the US. For which we are looking to raise some additional funds (seed round).
What are your team's key achievements to date?
Within 6 weeks of sales with a POC, pre-product launch, we achieved USD 160k in ARR. The product launch is planned for March 2025, which will allow us to show our full capabilities of Hoshii on the Venture Leaders roadshow.
Is there a key principle or value that guides you as you build your company?
We are problem solvers. We ideate, create hypotheses, build, test, and repeat. While at the same time scaling the company.
What is the most important lesson you have learned as a founder?
If people do not call you crazy for what you intend to do, it's simply because it's not ambitious enough. Those who dare to change the status quo will usually scare conventionalists away.
What is your favorite productivity hack or tool and why?
I usually just call up people instead of writing emails. It's faster!
What was your dream job when you were a child?
I always wanted to become a pilot. Well, I guess there is enough time left to become one at some point in life.
