Swiss Prime Site Startup Accelerator Selects Innovators in Enterprisetech

The 9th Swiss Prime Site Startup Accelerator workshop selected Fairwalter, parashift, People-Analytix, and tilbago to develop business cases with Switzerland's biggest listed real-estate company.

Eight selected enterprisetech startups from 55 applications pitched their businesses to a jury of Swiss Prime Site and their group companies Wincasa, Immoveris and Jelmoli. Fairwalter, parashift, People-Analytix, and tilbago were selected for the two-day Swiss Prime Site Startup Accelerator Workshop.

The four selected startups worked together with their Swiss Prime Site and group company experts to develop a business case that would validate the collaboration and future expansion within further group companies.

The highlight of the workshop was the presentation in front of Swiss Prime Site's Executive Board comprises managers of group companies Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, Wincasa and Tertianum, plus the group's CEO and Head of Finance. Bastian Zarske Bueno, Head of Corporate Ventures at Swiss Prime Site, is very positive regarding the workshop concept because three of them convinced the board: "The Swiss Prime Site Startup Accelerator Workshop focusing on enterprisetech produced three promising use cases. These will help us and our group companies to increase operational efficiency, further increase employee satisfaction and development across the group, and where appropriate open new markets. We look forward to the upcoming proof-of-concept and operationalization of the concepts."
