Properti strives to simplify real estate transactions and digitize the industry as a leading Real Estate Tech Agent. We merge innovative technology with the advantages of a strong sales organization, expertise, and marketplaces. Our proprietary platform connects all parties in real estate transactions, creating an integrated ecosystem that ensures a seamless and cost-effective experience for everyone involved. Whether you are a real estate agent, seller, landlord, buyer, tenant, or service partner - everyone benefits equally.

What market are you addressing and what is the potential of your startup in that market?
Properti is addressing the real estate market. Despite real estate transactions being central to the economy, the industry is still lagging in adopting technological innovations. As the complexity and the scarcity of skilled professionals increase, Properti is bridging the gap and revolutionising the industry with its human yet digital solution. In the process, it is capturing a significant market share.

How and where did you come up with the idea for your startup?
Our journey began with a shared passion for real estate and a strong desire to tackle industry challenges. My brother Adrian and I recognised the gap in seamlessly integrating technology and real estate expertise. The palpable frustrations of clients, agents, and service partners left a mark and led us to found Properti. Our goal is to simplify and enhance the real estate transaction experience for all involved.

What do you expect from the Venture Leaders Fintech roadshow, and how will it help you achieve your vision?
Through the Venture Leaders Fintech roadshow, we anticipate gaining exposure, networking with industry leaders, and potentially partnering with fintech innovators.

What are your team’s key achievements to date?
Our team has achieved several significant milestones, including the successful launch of our platform, securing partnerships with key industry players, and consistently growing our user base. In the ever-evolving startup environment, things change quickly. Yet, with an exceptional team spirit, we've managed to adapt and maintain a leading edge. Success is all about having the right people you can trust, be transparent with, and lean on in times of challenge. While our product and service milestones are commendable, it's the unwavering dedication of our team that transforms our vision into reality, ensuring we exceed our clients' needs and expectations.

Is there a key principle or value that guides you as you build your company?
My key principles are: Think big, stay focused, and embrace failure. Thinking big drives me to push boundaries, but maintaining focus and learning from experiences is crucial. As you take risks and push boundaries, setbacks are inevitable. However, failures are stepping stones to a grander vision. The entrepreneurial journey resembles climbing mountains: Conquer one peak, and another emerges on the horizon. So, when challenges knock you down, bounce back with vigour. Entrepreneurship revolves around thinking big, acting swiftly, learning continuously, and cultivating a culture where these values resonate throughout the team.

What is the most important lesson you have learned as a founder?
From day one, swift decision-making, adaptability to market shifts, close attention to customer feedback, and fostering a robust team have been our cornerstones. If given a chance to start over, I'd allocate more time for strategic reflection early on. Amidst the whirlwind of startup life, one can easily become engrossed in daily operational challenges. My most significant insight? The importance of taking regular pauses to ensure every action and decision dovetails with our long-term vision.

What is your favourite productivity hack/tool and why?
My indispensable hack for thriving in an ultra-fast-paced environment is a disciplined approach to time management, founded on a straightforward formula: Maintain a rigid schedule, establish clear priorities, master the art of saying 'no', and work with intense focus. My days follow a structured routine, kicking off at 5 am with processing emails and preparing for meetings, then revitalizing with an hour at the gym to sharpen both body and mind. While the rest of my day varies depending on the weekday, adherence to strict planning is imperative. I designate specific days for meetings, reserving time for strategic planning, and ensuring I maintain control over my productivity.

What was your dream job when you were a child?
Ever since I can think of it, I've had a strong desire to make things happen. My passion began with intense sports like ice hockey and swimming, where the thrill of competition and the pursuit of excellence were my driving forces. As I matured, that same hunger for success naturally transitioned into my business endeavours and remains with me to this day.
